2012 Lodi Zinfandel Port
This 2012 vintage of our Zinfandel Port Dessert wine continues our tradition of using the same fruit from our dry Zinfandel. We began to make this wine back in 2005, which became legendary among our wine club members and select local restaurants. We use only the best fortifying brandy available from St. George Spirits in Alameda. In a brand new package using precious metal gold ink. Fortified with the finest grape spirits available to keep the essence of this wine front and center, this wine is not overly heavy in either alcohol or sweetness. Your nose will be greeted with wonderful raspberry, blackberry, and spice, followed by coffee and chocolate characters. Ripe fruit and soft tannins make this a mouth-coating rich vintage.
