2013 Merlot, Vintner Select
The 10% of Cabernet in this wine was barrel fermented in 100% French oak barrels. Two different yeasts were used to extract additional layers of complexity. The two processes of fermentation were matured separately in 100% French oak barrels and blended prior to bottling. Only 25 cases of this wine was produced using only the best of all the Merlot produced this vintage.
