- Phil Long: As the owner and winemaker of Longevity Wines, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and history to each bottle he creates. His wines are a reflection of his dedication to quality, community, and the love of craftsmanship.
- Chef Sarah Earring: Co-creator of Samara's Southern Kitchen, Chef Sarah is devoted to serving Southern, Cajun, and Creole food her way (which adds a hint of California flair). Her food is reflection of her travels and deep passion for bold cuisine.
